"I really appreciated that the gravy was vegetarian! Breakfast was fairly standard for a hotel, but everything tasted good and the biscuits in particular were really good. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Air conditioning was excellent, when I adjusted the temperature & fan speed I noticed those changes in the room temperature almost immediately. I'm not a morning person & I left smiling every morning. Good food. Evening appetizers were easily a meal. We enjoyed visiting with other guests on the observation deck. Our king room with a view was great. Never ran out of hot water. The street noise is kind of loud but the hotel is downtown, so to be expected. We were so tired each night that it never kept us awake. "

The only thing is that next time I’m going to request my room not be right by the elevator. Kids like to knock, run, and hop right back the elevator. "
