Her responsiveness and attention to detail made planning our trip so much easier and stress-free. Because of the excellent service and hospitality, our stay felt seamless and enjoyable from beginning to end. "The hotel is aesthetically pleasing with a nice pool. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. We stayed in the family room with the bunk bed which the kids loved. To improve the room, I would suggest to add more hooks or rails to hang towels. Also a clothes line in the bathroom to hang wet bathers would be an improvement. "
