Hotel Keluarga di Hoan Kiem

"The hotel itself deserves 5/5 stars, but the staff alone bring it to a well-deserved 10/5! Every single team member, from housekeeping and the kitchen staff to the reception team, is exceptionally friendly, incredibly attentive, and highly professional. A special thank you goes to Chloe, who went above and beyond in helping us plan the next stages of our journey and anticipated our every need. A heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel team for making the first few days of our trip to Vietnam...

"Loved this hotel and the front desk team especially Grace who went out of her way to make our stay special. Lovely pool, breakfast and amenities. Close walking distance to most things, but also an easy location to book a Grab. In a very busy area, it's quiet and offers a great balance if you want to relax, eat or sit at the skybar in the hotel without going out. It's exactly as the pictures depict and definitely one of the top hotels in the area."

"My stay here was an amazing intro to Hanoi and Vietnam. Location is amazing, very close to the heart of Hanoi. Cannot say enough great things about the staff, they are all amazing. Would recommend"

"The entire staff is exceptional, helpful and gracious. A big shout out to Phem ( who is everywhere), Tino (her hubamd and awesome bartender), and Lemon ( who is breakfast host and front desk) as they went above and beyond. The daily breakfast had many delicious dishes, fresh fruit and veggies and changed daily. Rooms are very clean and hotel has a great location."

"We loved our stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were exceptional, they were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The location is perfect. Would definitely stay again."

"スタッフに日本語が出来る方が居るのは良かったです"

"Room was clean, staff was very helpful and kind. Hotel Located on a quiet street, unfortunately there was construction down the street. Close to the lake which made it very convenient."

"It was the most comfortable place I have enjoyed to stay and being there made a first time trip to Hanoi that much better. It was outstanding."

"The hotel is in convenient location in Hanoi Old Quarter. The hotel is clean and well maintained But what strikes most is the amazing staff. Very helpful and attended to our needs. Shout out to Anna and Nancy who assisted us the most. Trang in the restaurant who accommodated us before breakfast time as we had early activities . Trang introduced to us Vietnamese dishes to try. Overall we had a great stay and will be coming back again. I highly recommend recommending Scent Premium Hotel."

"素晴らしいおもてなしでした！"

"Good"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. The location was convenient, and everything made for an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Would happily stay here again and recommend it to others."

"The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and they helped us book trips in town. Zero complaints."

"Great place to stay in Hanoi. Right in the Old Quarter within steps to everything you’d need. The staff are incredibly helpful and nice, especially Lucy, she was a sweetheart!"

"Pros: staff were very good, location was good, aircon worked well, room was clean Cons: public area was dirty (elevator, hallways), some lights didn’t work in the room, bathroom dark because of this, no rooftop restaurant ( apparently under renovation) didn’t see a spa. over head fan didn’t work.. there was a stand up fan in the room. Wifi slow."
