"A large and impressive hotel with great facilities. Unfortunately, we found the bed in our deluxe room uncomfortable and creaky and the room lacked basics such as milk and cold water. The food and drinks were delicious however, and we enjoyed the pool."

"I always choose this place whenever I need a stopover in the Midlands! It has consistently proven to be one of my absolute favorite hotels in the region. I genuinely enjoy every single stay. The standards of cleanliness are excellent, and most importantly, it offers a secure, welcoming atmosphere where I always feel safe. I look forward to my next visit!"

"My room, which was beautiful, was at the front of the hotel. Given that this is the main high street area, it was so loud. There are benches outside the front and a gang of youths hung around there, shouting, making noise, throwing things till after 11pm. The road sweeper came before 6am and the hanging basket watering company came before 6am too. Given that I'd stayed the night due to an important work activity, I got very little sleep and this affected my performance. Granted, these issues...

"Our stay had a string of issues. The air conditioning was broken, and with no lift, I had to ask for help carrying my luggage upstairs due to a hidden disability — initially refused until I explained why. The only fix offered was one remaining small desk fan; staff were pleasant, but that leaves other guests with broken AC with nothing. A family member wasn’t told their AC was broken at check-in, then had to change rooms over a broken mattress (no replacement offered, and no help arranging the...

"The hotel is fabulous, the staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms are clean and luxurious. The only thing that could be improved is to fit air conditioning in the rooms. At night the room became quite stuffy and it's not possible to open patio doors at night. Apart from that - amazing"
