"Stayed here before, not changed, clean and tidy rooms, we booked a king size bed room so bigger and worth it. "Although our room was spartan in decoration, the staff were exceedingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would have liked a bit more storage space and two bottles of water rather than one. The rooms were made up quickly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar had a tremendous selection and a knowledgeable bartender. Also, the food was very tasty. The concierge was a miracle worker. I recommend staying at this hotel."

Very clean and comfortable
I didn't like the bar code for dining in, half the time it didn't work.
The bathroom did not have an outlet. Doing your hair next to a sleeping person isn't optimal. The only outlet with a mirror is beside the bed.
The shower taps should have indicators showing how to use them.
I almost slipped out...

"Absolutely LOVED this hotel. It had a very sexy vibe, dark hallways with sleek LED lighting, modern bathroom, big windows, even the elevator was cool. The guy checking us in was very nice and upgraded us to a river view room for no extra charge… and the view was absolutely incredible (we were on the 16th floor). I would absolutely come back to this hotel if I was ever in London again."
