"Very comfortable hotel. Really fantastic and friendly service. Couple of issues with my son's room which they dealt with immediately and moved him to another room. But the piece de resistance is the amazing Roman spa which guests can use in the morning and evening for 2 hours. Several different pools of different temperatures plus sauna and steam room. And of course a gym and treatment rooms available all day. Delicious family dinner in the restaurant - really excellent food. Would happily go...

"Clean room and bathroom, gorgeous decor fitting to it being a typical Bath Georgian Mansion. Very central but accessible by car as on edge of pedestrian zone. Really pretty street and surroundings. I will be back."

"Location perfect for overnight stay in Bristol. Close to plenty of food options and walking trails in the morning. We took advantage of the onsite restaurant for dinner which was a great experience for both setting, food and wine options. Recommend the 28oz shared platter for two which was plentiful."
