"Clean room"

"Staff was friendly. Nice hot breakfast with a lot of options. There are also quite a few fast food options close by. The room was big with a large kitchenette. The hallways and rooms were a little warm for my taste and the smell of the pool was strong throughout the hotel. Overall a nice experience. "

"Having a kitchen is really nice especially, when or if your staying for longer than a few days. The staff was wonderful they were very nice and helpful with anything you needed. "

"I was charged for my mother’s service dog And they started cleaning rooms at 9:am not giving travelers a chance to wake up the house keepers could not speak English and when I told them to give us 10 minutes then they can come in and clean they did not in the 7 day stay they only cleaned twice The continental breakfast sucked only was open short time there was nothing but cereal and pancakes to choose from and slices of bread I felt it was very rushed hotel and did not enjoy it at all "

" This was the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. There was dog hair on nearly every surface, the carpet was worn out, and the overall condition of the room felt old and unclean. We asked the front desk if they could help make it right by moving us to another Hampton Inn, but they were unwilling to assist. Due to the condition of the room and lack of resolution, we chose to leave. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the expectations associated with the Hampton Inn...

"Clean and efficient"

"Staff were friendly, room was much bigger than I expected. Got an end room 2 bedroom suite which was much larger than what I booked considering we were just a couple staying there. Having said that, the hotel looks like it could use some updating inside, the halls smelled strongly of cleaners when we arrived but most had dissipated by morning. Only complaint about the room was that the blinds were thin and didn’t blackout the light and the AC was quite loud, these issues may have been unique...

"Toilet and AC didn’t work, room smelt like cigarettes."

"The breakfast bar had only 1 piece of fruit in each of the three baskets. There were only mini breakfast sandwiches in the warming trays. Our room needed a better cleaning on the mirror and television screen. The door was very hard to open from outside and inside the room. I would think this would be a potential issue in a fire."
