"Clean room great front entrance service "

"Front desk was very friendly and accommodating , friendly staff however some staff was not good at giving directions. So we were unable to get a full experience of the Amenities . Overall loved the property . And the view of the upgraded rooms we got family enjoyed our stay. "

"Loved the location and the atmosphere. The girls at the Spinnaker were rude. I’m sorry it’s 9 am and I just wanted a coffee. Literally ordered a iced latte and a coffee. Never was I offered any creamer or sugar and when I asked she just took out a carton of half & half and put it on the counter. I was expecting a friendly vibe and was let down. The room was nice and clean but did have an odor, probably because the resort is older. Loved the pool. Loved the smores. Loved the late night movie at the pool. Parking was fine. I think there was a wedding and I never had any issues with parking. "

"Wifi fails to connect on my devices, ac in one room not functioning, some highway noise. Breakfast was minimal only waffles available. Location for my purposes was perfect."

"There was plenty of parking. The room had tiny little gnats. The sheets on one of the beds didn’t look clean. We hardly saw staff - had to call the front desk multiple times to get someone to answer. We’d go down to the desk, but there was no one there. We reserved a room for 4 people - received 1 wash cloth and told there were no more."

"Breakfast staff was helpful. Food was good start for the day. Check-in associate was welcoming. "

"The room was spacious and clean but had a lingering smell of smoke. There were street people hanging around the parking lot, and I was nervous to park in back by where our room was. Late at night there was a thumping of bass coming from another room or the parking lot. I couldn't tell where. We were unable to connect our Roku because the input was disabled on the TV. Our room backed onto the loading dock of the next door Lowes and was right off the freeway. It was surprisingly quiet even though."
