We loved our stay at Bridge Inn Very relaxed and welcoming with our 3 dogs Bedroom clean Breakfast good ...loved it

Highly recommend a visit to this amazing accommodation. Staff really helpful and happy. Food is lovely. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great bar food and evening spent here after a long day walking. Even had sky sports. Single Room was good for what I wanted and bathroom facilities Good. Only down was noisy floor on the corridor outside rooms on first floor which creaked with every person walking the floor. Early morning or late evening. Needs a bit of work. Saying that it was good value for money amd would use the place again as access to Wast Water and area

Great place to stay. Beds comfortable nice bathroom with shower. Breakfast included great choices from full English to cereals and toast.

Some of the nicest staff members ever. Good food options and a delicious breakfast. The only criticism was the damp and mildew en-suite.

The hotel was old but beautifully set in the middle of nowhere. Only 1 staff member on and couldn’t cope with the workload. Was very off with all customers. Food was excellent.

A very enjoyable stay. The room is in need of a little updating (bathroom) but for the price we paid with breakfast, we thought it excellent value. Staff friendly and efficient. Evening meal was excellent (and huge!).

Lovely stay, excellent staff , pleasant and helpful. Food excellent good sized portions at breakfast and dinner. So good to go into a traditional bar with a variety of cask ales. Highly recommend

We had a great stay in the Bridge. In particular the staff and the restaurant was excellent. Loads of parking in a very pretty place. Typical Lakes rooms that great in a proper old coaching inn. We would stay again.

This was our first time staying at an independent hotel and we were welcomed by a polite staff member. However, the conditions of the room and amenities of it could’ve been better such as the shower, the floor and walls. The shower was mouldy, the floor was very squeaky for both our room and neighbours making the noise doubled and the walls had no purpose whatsoever as they were so thin , hearing neighbours frequently. Our breakfast on the last morning wasn’t served to us and we got told to go to an alternative hotel down the road 5 minutes away, we decided not to go meaning we lost money just because the hotel wasn’t serving for some reason. On the other hand, when we did have breakfast it was good and the bar was cosy and clean for a wind down in the evening. The hotel is in a location in the middle of nowhere and is hard to get to in the dark and has no connection to use sat nav to other places. Lastly, we would not stay here again in the future visiting the lakes again.
