Didn't have the cleaner in our room while we were there, but I did ask the staff on the reception if we could have some tea coffee and milk.. she bought these items up to our room.. The cooked breakfast we had on our first day, the second day we was told the chef wasn't in that day. The third day, we had a full breakfast, but it was cold !! Not very good, either. "This review applies to apartment 18 (studio), so I cannot speak to the other apartments. But honestly, I’d stay elsewhere. The positives: relatively quiet neighborhood but not centrally located (though with easy access to the subway and two equidistant train stations). Clean room. Staff friendly. The negatives: where to begin. First, whomever designed the shower/toilet should never work again as a designer. There’s no separate shower stall. The rainfall shower is directly next to the toilet...

"Everything was great except very loud music on Saturday which started around 8pm and ended only at midnight, we were offered to move the room but we didnt really want to as we had a long day and were tired. Breakfast was good. Staff on the checkout wasn't very friendly."
