"The air conditioner needs to be looked at because it makes a screeching sound. For an ADA room, it’s not very ADA. You need more clearance around the bed as only 1 side had the 37” clearance. Bathroom had an acrylic holding soaps balanced between the 2 grab bars. It’s strange that the entrance is in the basement and someone else has to go down to then ask the staff to call the elevator so you can get down. We made it work but it could be better, especially for the price. "

"This experience was awful. I checked in at midnight and was given a room that did not lock. The deadbolt was misaligned with the door frame. I asked for a different room, was told not a single room available. Staff called housekeeping to come check the lock and he arrived, took one look at the key card entry and walked away - leaving me standing around for 15 min until front desk staff found him outside smoking. "I was on the 4th floor, an alarm of some kind at the end of the hallway was beeping consistently each night between 11pm-4am, which could be heard through the door to my room. Very thin, small pillows. Strange, cheap bed frame that slides on the bare floor (no carpet in rooms, which I actually like, feels cleaner anyhow). Doors to the room have large gaps which allow for a lot of noise into the room, walls are thin. Bathroom sink and counter space is extremely small. No available lamp, one light...

"This is an aparthotel in an art deco building. Certainly has that feeling but obviously modernized a bit over time, which worked great for us! The property/elevator code that we initially received just didn't work, but the front desk attendant was able to help us with that right away. The check-in instructions said they don't really do luggage storage, but they do. I ended up using a Luggage Hero (Expo Barber), only a few minutes walk from the property, before checking in. But I got a message...
