"Room was kept clean during our stay. staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel was clean except for occasional smell of cigarette smoke. No Microwave in the room. had to go down to kitchen area to warm items. Breakfast was powdered eggs, cold sausages and bacon you had to warm"

The hotel breakfast was the best we've ever seen- lots of hot options like eggs, crispy potatoes, and bacon, which far exceeded the typical "continental breakfast" offerings. "All the staff was great. Jessica in particular was a joy. Great location & beautiful facility. Only issue that I meant to bring to the attention of the staff was that the shower tended to leak & puddle on the floor at there was no rubber guard on the bottom of the door. "

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

On first arriving in room 313 we couldn't even open our door all the way bc it collided with a closet/cabinet placed immediately behind it. The two beds were fine, no pillowcases. "Dont drive here (glad we didnt). it was under construction so it was blocked some parts of the day. Hotel was VERY dirty. Lobby Ceiling was falling off. The shampoo/body wash they provide does not smell good. The toilet seat and the shower floor were dirty and you could tell the houskeeping did not clean well.. which got me thinking if they even washed their blankets/pillows/etc.... anyways, go somewhere better but if youre tight on money i guess.."

"The ac kept the room cool. The walls are thin so you will hear everything if people are loud. We got unlucky and there a few guests who were yelling in the middle of the night. Remote controls were hard to maneuver as they vary in each room. Other than that the stay was decent for out short trip."

"I had the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. First there was no one to check you in, there was a lobby of people waiting. The phone number to the hotel was “Down”and they had a paper with a phone number on it to call and no one answered. When someone finally got there to assist they couldn’t get any of the keys to work.
