"Everything was good."

"Room was kept clean during our stay. staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel was clean except for occasional smell of cigarette smoke. No Microwave in the room. had to go down to kitchen area to warm items. Breakfast was powdered eggs, cold sausages and bacon you had to warm"

"All the staff was great. Jessica in particular was a joy. Great location & beautiful facility. Only issue that I meant to bring to the attention of the staff was that the shower tended to leak & puddle on the floor at there was no rubber guard on the bottom of the door. "

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is within a few blocks of restaurants and shops. The views on one entire side overlook a giant U-haul facility and car alarms go off often. The view was also of the trash area where dozens of mattresses were thrown out. A plus is free packing. "

"WiFi barely worked on higher floors, the smart tv’s didn’t have their actual remotes so you were apparently only supposed to watch the limited cable channels (but the tvs were still dependent on WiFi so they stalled constantly), the windows have their manufacturing stickers on them, and the rooms were tiny. This is not a 3 star hotel. I would go easier if they were accurately advertised and priced. I have stayed at far nicer Ramada’s which are considered 2-star. Better than a motel though. Not...

"Breakfast was available but we did not take advantage. The room didn't inspire much confidence in the food. On first arriving in room 313 we couldn't even open our door all the way bc it collided with a closet/cabinet placed immediately behind it. The two beds were fine, no pillowcases. Outlets were very loose and several did not work to plug devices into. The toilet was cramped with little space to move and folding doors that didn't completely close. "Dont drive here (glad we didnt). it was under construction so it was blocked some parts of the day. Hotel was VERY dirty. Lobby Ceiling was falling off. The shampoo/body wash they provide does not smell good. The toilet seat and the shower floor were dirty and you could tell the houskeeping did not clean well.. which got me thinking if they even washed their blankets/pillows/etc.... anyways, go somewhere better but if youre tight on money i guess.."

"The ac kept the room cool. The walls are thin so you will hear everything if people are loud. We got unlucky and there a few guests who were yelling in the middle of the night. Remote controls were hard to maneuver as they vary in each room. Other than that the stay was decent for out short trip."

"The rooms are simplistic, but adequate for traveller. Bed very comfy and showers decent and water is hot. Breakfast is ideal to keep you going muffins, bagels tea or coffee in a small basement area at the hotel."
