"It's got the basics. While it it clean, it is very worn down. The mattress was completely shot, but the shower was nice and hot. There is quite a bit of street noise, but using the provided ear plugs and the A/C unit made it tolerable "

"One of the best hotel experiences I’ve experienced! The staff were amazing! I had told them that we were staying for my wife’s birthday. They actually took the time to put together a small gift bag with a hand written birthday card and put it in our room. They also gave us an awesome view of dodger stadium when we told them that we were going to the dodger game. The hotel was very modern, clean, and safe. Everyone there, the valet, front desk and concierge, and security, were very kind and professional. Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are staying in downtown LA. "
