"The water in the shower barely got hot even with the temp handle turned all the way to hot. I also felt like it was weird not being taken care of by a front desk person. The virtual format was taking forever to process the people in front of me and I felt like it would have been easier and nicer to deal with an actual person "

"Very clean room every time I go into LA I always book a room here. Staff is very nice. The room is super clean close to the freeways highly recommend. The breakfast is really good as well. My granddaughter is picky and she really liked it. Easy parking as well."

"Everything was ok for the price paid. Bathroom had a large area of wall missing directly in front of toilet area. Looked like they were attempting to fix something for the hot tub possibly. There was 1 small dying cockroach on bathroom floor upon check in. Not a huge deal. Assumed it was from the open wall in bathroom area. Didn’t have a chance to try the hot tub out. "DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I wouldn’t even check my dog in to this dump!! They clearly bought it when it was apartments and did the office new and kept everything else a huge disaster. It was beyond awful!! Living room pictured a couch but when we got there we had only two chairs to sit in. Not a comfortable living room. No dishes nothing to cook with. What’s the point of a kitchen and no warning there would be nothing. No towels in the bathroom. Our bed pillows were dirty. The walls were filthy....
