"Our room was incredibly humid and smelled like mold when we arrived. Room 301. The air unit wasn’t on so we walked over to turn it on and the whole carpet was soaked, assuming that’s why it was off because while on it just continued to leak or condensate all over the carpet, no doubt causing mold issues. "The room was nice. The check in lady was ok the check out guy was terrible. He never refilled the breakfast food and acted like i was interrupting his day. The remote didn't work so there was no TV. And the shower curtain rod didn't stay in place. It was a pressure rod."

"The staff was just incredibly nice. The only thing I would suggest is a way to tip housekeepers electronically. No one carries cash anymore and a lot of hotels offer this option."

"The smell in the rooms wasn’t great. One was overly perfumed and the other smelled moldy. Both rooms had broken bathroom doors. The bathroom door in our room had a broken handle and you had to raise the lid of the toilet to be able to open and close the door fully. Well, not fully because then you were trapped in the bathroom due to the broken door handle. There was a large hole in the ceiling that I think was meant to be covered by the light fixture. Some of the outlets didn’t work."

"It was a cut and dry stop, but the Non-Smoking room had a musty smoke smell as if it was at one point a smoking room. We aired out the room and slept fine but it took a bit to get used to the smell."

"This hotel is dated and could use a freshening up. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included but needed some fruit."
