"The b’fast place and variety is better at moxy since they’re joining place during christmas. The place for first time kind confusing because at the bottom is moxy hotel while residence inn at 9th floor above. But location is good because it’s at centrum area "

"Friendly staff very accommodating. Great location convenient to public transportation. Comfortable stay. Self serve laundry facility only had 2 sets of washer/dryers, no detergents dispensers available (must bring own). Always fully used, since hotel also house government sponsored long-term stay families with children (like public housing). "

"Room was freezing. Bed was very low and tiny. Everything else was just ok but not for the price paid."

"The fridge and heater in my room didn’t work. Blankets smelt musky and a little of urine. The water went cold about 5 minutes into the shower and no matter how much I played with the temperature, it was ice cold. The keycard stopped working twice, had to get reception to fix it. Can’t really fault them for the guests that were loud, yelling and carrying on until 4am or whoever took my food from the kitchen, unfortunately just added to experience.
