'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach
Downgraded my room despite paying for a better one, no refunds or accommodation of the situation. Was there for 6 days and they cleaned the room twice.

Best Western The Plaza Hotel Honolulu Airport - Free Breakfast
Not great unfortunately. The rooms are dated and worn and when you book a courtyard view it’s upstairs, but no elevator. I wish I would have know that, a heads up on the app would have helped. So you have to drag your luggage up the stairs. Would be difficult for older and people with disabilities. ...
