"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."

"Our room was neat and clean. The hotel was conveniently located next to Ala Moana and within walking distance to Waikiki. It would have been nice to have more agents to check in the arriving guests because there was a bit of a wait. However, checking out was very easy. The parking valets were very efficient and it was easy to drop off and pick up our car. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again. "

"Thought there was a restaurant with the hotel and there wasn’t. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and really no place to sit she wait or even a bar to get a drink to wait."

"No A/C. Can be very hot. Window is open concept shutter. Very loud noise from boulevard during the night. Bathroom ( shared ) is tiny. Toilet paper and paper towel is adequate and replaced on time. Shower is acceptable. Staff is okay. Free coffee. Only supply one small size towel. Bedsheet is clear without scent."
