"Reception staff and facilities are excellent and always very clean. We stay frequently at Scarman and are always very satisfied with our stays. The only point I would make, is that we always feel under pressure to vacate our room before 10.00 during the week, with house keeping staff knocking and sometimes entering our room even though we put out the appropriate sign to indicate that we are still using the room. We are not conference attendees - we stay for other reasons and therefore do not...

"Just what we would expect for a 4* hotel, clean, well decorated, friendly staff. The breakfast was good, but not amazing. The swimming pool and spa facilities were great, the gym was very well equipped. We had a lovely surprise when we came back to our room on the second day; it was my daughter’s birthday so I had brought decorations with me and the maid had made a 3 x story cake made out of towels, ribbons, flowers and pom poms. It was very special and so thoughtful. Thank you very much. "

"Great hotel. We stay at a lot of places because of work, and this is a really decent one. Especially the breakfast. I have coeliac disease so need gluten free options, and they have loads. Plus are happy to make you a fresh cooked breakfast so there is no risk of cross contamination. The staff, especially the breakfast team, were all super friendly even though they were clearly rushed off their feet. "
