Value for money is excellent. Room is basic. Toilet isn’t great, aesthetics not great but size and price is excellent. Staff were super friendly too.

Malmaison Birmingham
The hotel itself was nice, and the rooms were comfortable. However, when we arrived around 5 PM, we were told that the spa was already closed and would only reopen at 10 AM the next day. The Grand Hotel Birmingham
While the attention and service was on the very top Monday-Tuesday, it was not at all at the same level Saturday-Sunday. It may depend on the Hotel didn't manage the increased volume on Saturday. However Breakfast was as usual World Class as the Service there
