"There was a lightening storm and the power had gone out for several hours but in the early hours of it my daughter was having a panic attack in the lobby because of the storm and the woman at the front desk helped her calm right down. She was so sincere."

"The hotel is under renovation, but I was surprised to find there's no ramp from the reception area to the elevators; you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The carpets on the fourth floor are quite worn and have mildew stains. The room had good air conditioning, but the bathroom was in poor condition and the bathtub was stained. The towels and sheets were clean. Overall, I'd give it a 5/10."

"I’ve stayed at many cheap hotels and this was definitely the worst experience. We had accidentally booked a room on the smoking floor and had it moved to another floor but the elevator still smelt bad and the room smelled weird. The staff was not very friendly or helpful and the place had an overall gross vibe. I left early in the morning to catch a flight but couldn’t imagine wanting to eat their provided breakfast in such a place."

"This is the second time I've stayed here in two weeks, and this is my second review. Not much has changed. I think for $115, this is a great place, but that was through Expedia. I wouldn't pay the full rack rate. It's a great throwback to the old two story motels where every door opens to the outside. "Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected."

"After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. "Considering it’s in a nice area and pricey, the sinks and shower water pressure was terrible. There is none so you can’t wash your hair. The showers had dirt imbedded into the floors, a magic eraser goes a long way. Just wasn’t matching the price of the rooms nor the location being it was close to purchase ny.
