"Hotel smells awful and my room smelled like cigarettes"

"The room was not that clean. 1st night in my room and the kids feet were dirty from the floor. The kitchen had a foul smell. My mother had 3 rooms. First room smelled like cigarettes. The next room had roaches and the ceiling was dripping water. Horrible condensation throughout the room. The rest the of the hotel was nice. The bar had a beautiful view. Food was pretty decent and the pool and slides were nice."

"The hotel seems to be dated and the outside carpets are disgusting and stain. I had dirty sheets, dirty pillow covers, and which is not to my satisfactory level as far as cleanliness. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The beach view was great and the outdoor pool was also fine. It just seems the property is in need of some remodeling and updating."
