"The hotel was under construction. I was also told that they had a bar which the bar was completely closed and under construction. My hotel room was under construction. They were really old of an old furniture . The doors were very nasty. I had to clean my room myself I also had to continue going downstairs for an assistant for towels and wash rags."

"Pretty much stayed there upon arrival. With restaurants, game room, fitness room and numerous pools, hotubs and easy beach acess we were kept busy with the kiddos. No need to leave."

"The customer service the staff provide was wonderful. Very welcoming as soon as we arrived on the property. They did a great job keeping up with the cleanliness of the hallways, pools and rooms as busy as it was this weekend. Definitely 10/10 experience."

"View was great. We were on 6th floor of the Pinnacle building. Parking is always a challenge. There were far too many roaches in our room to ever feel comfortable. Rooms and kitchen were dirty. Upgrades from renovation were nice. Common areas were kept clean given the high traffic. Staff was friendly. We couldn't even go out on balcony most of the time due to Marijuana smell pouring into our rooms. We have 3 kids and didn't want them around that. I do like however all the pool options, easy...

"Staff and location were terrific during the stay only down side is that on our final day we noticed something on the bed after my wife woke up our 7 month old. There were bed bugs! Checked all around the bed and found multiple. Staff was great until I notified the manager and they didn’t seem to surprised. I will NEVER return. I had to throw away multiple suitcases and put all of my belongings into trash bags just so I can return home and deal with this mess."
