"We stayed in an economy room with kitchenette. All of the dishes and pots and pans were provided and were nice and clean. When we checked in we were supposed to have a 1st floor room, but the clerk noted that we would have a better ocean view from the second floor and there was a room available so he moved us. We ended up having to extend our stay, and they were wonderful about providing additional towels and toilet tissue. The beach view was somewhat obstructed from palm trees, but it was...

"The floors were nasty. My kids ran across the floor with no shoes and their feet were black like tar. They need to mop their floor a bunch of times."

"Beautiful oceanfront suite. Kitchen equipped with all necessary equipment. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 people although it was just me and my husband. Pools, hottub and lazy river were clean with plenty of space for guest during our stay. Elevator ran great, arrived in a timely fashion which I appreciated. "

"This Hotel NEEDS updating/cleaning. The set-up is odd with the Front Desk only being accessible from outside, in a separate building. The Guest Rooms are accessible in a building to the South. When entering the Guest Rooms Building, you need your Key Card (which is fine). The first area you enter is not welcoming and the signage is poor.
