"Booked this hotel for my in laws as they were attending a funeral in Surrey. Staff were very helpful and found a new room for them on the ground floor when they realised my mother in law struggled with stairs. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was exceptional with an excellent range of options. Would stay again.

"The hotel is in lovely grounds with easy access from the car park to reception.
It is undergoing refurbishment and I think that will make it a very good hotel overall. The walk in shower was fitted to make it accessible, but the grouting is due for renewal. The lighting could be better in the room, plus a magnifying mirror would also be beneficial in the bathroom.
It was quiet and the bed comfortable .
I would recommend it for a short stay. "
"We landed at Heathrow in the late evening and were flying out early the next morning, but we didn't want to spend 8 hours in an airport chair overnight, so we booked a room here. It had good reviews, was close to the airport, and a fair price. I'm glad we found this place. The staff were friendly and responsive, and there are several transportation options to and from the airport. It was clean and quiet, and the beds were comfy."

Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed.
