Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Chambre en excellent état et très propre. Personnel très serviable et sympathique. Environnement moyen mais le prix le fait oublier.

Never again
Due to coved19 I needed a place to stay after just sailing across the Atlantic before I fly back to the UK. Hotel said they never got my reservation so was arrested by Portuguese police, NEVER AGAIN will I use hotels/booking.com

Has you said, due to Covid 19, we have the reservations closed. It was an error of the website, not from us. We also have to mention that, by the portuguese law, at that time, we can't accept any guests without Covid19 test already made, and yours was booked to 2 days after de enter day. Best Regards,

Horta or St Tropez
Like the hotel. Nice clean room good breakfast. Just a bit desapointed with this Island in general. Not my style.

Ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais les chambres sont grandes. Assez bruyant et pas d'eau chaude mais proche du port environ 10mn à pied.

Rapport qualité prix
Satisfaisant pour un court séjour. Ce n'est pas le grand confort mais les chambres sont grandes et propres. A proximité du centre ville (10mn), d'un restaurant et d'un supermarché. Le rapport qualité prix est donc justifié.

Alojamento modesto
A residencial é muito simples, com mobília antiga, mas é suficientemente cómoda e está bem localizada. O pequeno almoço é muito pobre, mesmo tendo em conta a categoria do estabelecimento. Uma opção a ter em conta em época alta, quando o preço dos alojamentos na Horta está muito inflacionado, se o objetivo for apenas ter um sítio limpo e central para dormir. Destaco a seriedade de terem informado a hoteis.pt da nossa ausência na primeira noite.

Um espaço onde nos fizeram sentir em casa...
Começou mal por um erro de reserva mas terminou de forma excelente. As pessoas são incansáveis na resolução de qualquer problema ou solicitação. Adorámos os funcionários. É uma hospedaria limpinha e familiar.

Poca spesa e tanta resa
Hotel pulito e personale gentile, camere spaziose con tutto quello che serve, comodi anche i letti, posizione a 10m a piedi dal centro città. Per il prezzo che ha direi che lo consiglio vivamente per chi non ha pretese di un albergo di lusso. Unico neo la colazione un pò povera, ma accettabile.

Agradável, com tudo o que é basico, sem luxos
As instalações são antigas mas bem cuidadas; o quarto era grande e silencioso; as persianas tapavam bem a luminosidade exterior. Tudo sem luxos mas confortável.

Satisfaite
Au top pour les petits budgets. A 10 minutes du centre et bien 20min /30 min à pied du ferry. Vous pourrez vous y rendre pour 8€ avec des valises. Petit déjeuner simple mais inclus. Avec un peu de chance vous aurez une petite vue sur la mer, c'était la bonne surprise !

Posizione ok,leggermente defilato al centro di Horta. Camere spaziose. Infestato da zanzare...la prima notte non ho dormito,la seconda mi hanno dato un fornellino e cambiato camera per una finestra rotta che non si apriva. Colazione da migliorare. Grande parcheggio esterno per macchina non a pagamento. WiFi ok. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Günstige gute Alternative zu einem Hotel.
Jugendherberge, super Alternative zu einem Hotel, haben hier eine Nacht in einem 3-Bett-Zimmer verbracht. Badewanne mit Dusche und Toilette auf dem Zimmer, Frühstück einfach aber ausreichend. Shuttle zum Hafen für 5 Euro.

The hotel is very close to the city center and to a big supermarket-shopping center. The rooms are very big, good to accomodate a family. The furniture is old, so it is like an overnight by grandma. Our room has view to the supermarket delivery area, so it was noisy since early in the morning. There´s no air conditioner and you cannot sleep with open window because of the mosquitoes (and the noise). The bathroom was clean. The staff is ready to help, the only problem is that not all of them speak english. The breakfast is quite simple.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Letti non comodi.
Nel complesso la struttura ha un buon rapporto qualità / prezzo. Per una notte è perfetto. La camera era molto spaziosa, con letti grandi ma non troppo comodi (letti a molle che si sentivano tutte sul costato...). Colazione continentale nella norma. Consigliato a chi non ha pretese, per brevi soggiorni (anche brevissimi) e chi vuole spendere poco.

OK value for money
Large rooms. Wifi of varying quality. Friendly, helpful, staff. Breakfast included, but simple and not worth bothering with. Windows in 2. floor could use mosquito nets on windows, they were included on 1st floor. Location not in center, but within few minutes walking distance; next to small shopping center.
