"This property is beautiful as long as you love older hotels the only issue I have is I wake up congested each time and you can hear the cracking of floors above when people walk, but still one of my favorite places to stay. Amazing breakfast at mermaid cafe and amazing dinner at Riverview however I was unaware they offer a 20% discount at the restaurant with hotel key until the morning after we stayed I saw flyer in room. I wish that they told you this at checkin. As I’ve missed out on discount...

"First off the view is amazing. Sunrise was directly in front of the condo each morning, and we even watched dolphins swimming along the shoreline while having coffee. It was an incredible way to start the day.

"The hotel was broken, dirty, and rundown. It smelled like chlorine and smoke as soon as you walked in. Our room also smelled the same. The room was outdated, and felt dirty. The toilet wasn't flushed and things were rusted and stained. It looks like one of the outlets burned. We were only staying one night and I couldn't afford to book another room so we managed. We checked out the pool even though we had no intentions of swimming. The pool looked dirty and the hot tub had all kinds of stuff...

"Kesha was super sweet and late us check in early. She is just a beautiful person all around and her sister Elissa, I think that’s how you spell it. She is just as amazing! I had a nice conversation with her as well. Both of these ladies went above and beyond for my family. They definitely deserve to be recognized. FYI, you can just tell they are genuinely kind and friendly humans beings. This is my go to place to stay when we are in Daytona from here on out.
