I called a day prior to my arrival and was approved for early check-in; When I arrived, was told that they do not allow early check-in. Ice machine was out of order. One Tennant complained about roaches on the wall and floor in his room. And the list goes on..."

"Awesome place, best location at the heart of the downtown"

"Very clean, room w/kirchen, friendly and helpful staff, awesome gym, walking distance to museums. Loved it!"

No reduction in the price for the higher room rate charged, just given a standard room. Staff were pleasant but could not offer a resolution and could not reach the Manager by phone, mid afternoon. Shuttle was prompt and efficient. We would not book here again although the rates are reasonable for an airport...

"Tony was the best! HE Needs a raise!!!!"

"Super zentrale Lage. An sich sauber, aber es gab Kleinigkeiten wo man es an sich etwas sauberer wünscht hätte. Super freundlich und hilfsbereit."
