I was able to find everything quickly, and checkout was smooth and efficient. Overall, a very pleasant visit—I’d definitely come back and recommend this location to others."

"Check-in wasn’t great. I had to call to someone from the back after a couple minutes and then wait for her to get off her cell phone. I had a question about the cafe (which is just their bar/restaurant), but she seemed in a hurry as others were waiting too. Then I - along with about 10 guests- waited for five minutes for an elevator to reach the lobby. Guests said this was happening a lot (it was my only time). Finally the shower in my room didn’t drain properly, so I was standing in water. Overall, disappointing and overpriced in my mind"
