Staff was extremely sweet, let you know where everything is. Gave us cookies. The only annoying part was the parking garage, we got stuck multiple times bc our parking pads didn’t work.

Although I had booked a Standard Room, 1 queen bed, I was placed in a petite queen. I must congratulate Hotel Zsa Zsa in providing me with the smallest hotel room that I have ever occupied. The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria
The room was nice. No microwave which was disappointing. Close to the galleria. Staff didn’t explain very well about the parking garage.

Club Quarters Hotel Downtown, Houston
Beautifully classic, elegant and well-maintained hotel in the heart of Downtown Houston with excellent staff, Nelli, Mark and Brandon were out of this world. I would definitely return over and over again, amazing service all around.
