The email with the relevant codes and information on which unit we were staying in did not arrive on time, which was a problem and meant that we had to call to get the relevant information. The only other issue is that it can be noisy on the lower floors with people walking in and out through doors on the ground floor that slam shut constantly and are very noisy. "Great location, much quieter than midtown yet easy access to the subway network so could get everywhere quickly. Rooms were great - we had a 4-bedroom unit which was perfect for a couple and 3 teenagers. Lots of eateries and bars nearby. Next to piers for ferries to Staten Island and uptown along the East River.
