"July 12, 2025 stayed in the Pear Room. The location was convenient for the places I was intending to visit. David, the host, was super welcoming and made himself available to answer any questions in person and via text. He made a great breakfast to boot. The accommodations were fantastic...private, modern, very clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay (mini frig, TV, Keurig, travel toiletries, wifi). I would without a doubt stay here again."

"Laureen was very hospitable. She accomodated us every step of the way. There were clean sheets, comforters, pillows and sets of towels arranged in the room. The bathroom was also clean and there was hot water. Laureen checked in on us to see how we slept and if our needs were met. She made a delicious hot breakfast consisting of blueberry pancakes and eggs how we like them served with tea, coffee or water. Lastly, the landlord/hostess, Laureen, always had positive vibes and friendly at all...

"Look no further! 1, 2 or 3 units max in this wonderful single-story accessible BnB in the Catskills. Best common kitchen ever, with Nespresso Vertio machines, fresh bagels, etc., a range of breakfast foods (incl. h/b eggs, Yoghurts, overnight oats), all manner of beverages, etc. Pluas jams, butter, cream cheese, etc. Excellent!"
