"No staff about when you needed them. Heating not working. Wasnt fixed when asked. Restaurant has been shut about 4 years, no food on site. Fire alarm went off at 4.45am and no staff on site. Fire brigade had to break in to reset alarm. Makes Fawlty Towers look like a 5 star! Dont be fooled by the pictures! Cheap and definitely not cheerful. Literally unable to contact anyone for a refund. "

"I would not stay again as a solo female traveller I was uncomfortable that the apartment was on the ground floor and had a separate entrance to the main building. When sitting in the living room the street noise was very loud and I didn't feel fully safe. I have stayed in a different apartment within this block before that was on the 3rd floor which I loved so I was not expecting the ground floor. Would only return if it was not on the ground floor."

"Very basic, but if you just need a bed it's a good option. Good points: good location, good parking, clean, good WiFi Bad points: very poor mattress, shower scalding hot and impossible to control, no furniture other than bed and bedside table. I will use this hotel again because of price and location and parking. You get what you pay for and I don't need much!"
