"The shuttle service from the airport wa disgraceful. I waited 50 minutes.
I asked for a wake up call which I did not get.
The shuttle does not go at convenient times in the morning.
The shuttle vehicle I doubt would pass a road test. The driver took back roads and was nearly able to keep it straight.
I would not recommend this property for airport travel."

I had confirmed twice prior to that My extended checkout till 1pm would was guaranteed and that I would not be charged. They confirmed. Upon checking out them at 12:30 I was not provided a final bill to confirm no additional charges to my room."

"Stanford's very helpful place was very clean the room was quite spacious it was nice to be attached to the casino only drawbacks I think are Uber drivers need to know they got to go to 1133 rexdale is when you say take me to the casino hotel they take you just to the casino and it's quite a walk to the hotel. The restaurant was never open the entire time we visited and the outside parking lot was noisy with locals using it late in the night. "Worst experience ever. The place was dirty and there was absolutely no service. I was given keys to a room that was already occupied by another guest — and this happened in the middle of the night. After complaining to the front desk, they gave me another room, but it was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please stay away. It’s worth paying a little more to get decent service and a clean, safe place to stay."

"Photos of our room in Expedia showed we had a full size fridge and we ended up with a tiny mini fridge, it also says that French toast was available for breakfast buffet and we were there for 3 days and they never had any, pool needs to be deeper, we had to move around the sofa bed to get it to fully pull out as it’s in a tight area with a tv stand in the way. I also very much dislike hotels that only accept credit cards for payment. Staff were very friendly and helpful, shower was nice but...
