"Well, the room was clean, but smelled like the pool. It was too dark in the hall for me to see the keypad to open the door without the help of staff, and the staff was pleasant and did help with a nice attitude. The room was also poorly lit so I wasn’t able to see well causing me to bang my feet 3 times in the room and (as pathetic as it sounds) made it difficult to find the door to the bathroom.
I was told that “we don’t serve breakfast and we wish they’d take that out of the advertising.”"

"Hotel was lovely, we were a family of 4 and stayed in a connecting room overlooking Broadway. Super clean bedrooms with plenty of room for the 4 of us.
The pastries and coffee were very tasty from the bakery next door for breakfast served by very friendly staff. Could have perhaps offered slightly more than $10 though.
All in all a fantastic hotel."

With the World Cup, NBA playoffs, Puerto Rican Day, 5 Seconds of Summer concert all colliding on one perfect weekend, the Westin Staff never broke a sweat. Everything was seamless and professional. "Once inside the hotel it was a cool oasis compared with the madness in New York City with the Nicks playing NBA Finals on two nights whilst we were there.
Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good. Surrounding streets were littered with trash often and some of the street residents with issues were located nearby but were not causing obvious problems.
Great central location and good subway access.
The receptionist was great with advice and she allowed a late check out. Sorry forgotten your...
