"Check in was really quick. I selected a room with a pull out couch which we immediately pulled out once we got in. There were dirty bottles and someone’s sock left behind the couch. I went down to the front desk to ask for more towels (on my reservation I selected 4 people but there were only enough towels for 3), to ask for linens for the couch because there were none, and to tell them about the couch situation. "Easy access to airport"

"We planned the booking for the pool but it was cold, the floors were slimey, the water was foggy and the hot tub was out of order. My granddaughter was extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t have booked had I I is that the pool was in that condition. The room was ok but very noisy with the pool there. The one gentleman in the evening was very nice"

The staff was helpful. my son left his phone in one of the lobby chairs and staff held at front desk. The breakfast was good. The wifi worked great. My hubby wished they had a bar in the lounge area. The only negative would be the pool area. I don't think the chemicala were added or checked often. The moment you entered the pool your eyes burn without even going under. ...
