Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Essen war hervorragend – Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen waren jeden Tag abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Besonders begeistert haben uns die vielen lokalen Desserts, die wir mit großer Freude probiert haben.
Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich willkommen.

"Staff was good but very greedy. Changed prices upon checking in. I got sick and Doctor over there asked for 1000 Egy pounds before coming to examine me.
However staff inside the restaurants and on the beach/pool were super nice and helpful.
Mr. Hussein Khalifa was very nice and took care of my whole family at the Italian restaurant. Also Soliman at the lobby bar was super nice and respectful.
The bad experience was the doctor at the resort. He was very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and...

"This Hotel is the perfect all rounder, I have come for 3 years now and keeps getting better each time!
The facilities, food and entertainment is great for families and couples with the best balance of value.
What really is standout is the staff, they are the most friendly and fun people you can imagine. The animation team are the best really good from Adam, MoMo and Hoem absolutely fantastic hospitality.

"Unfreundliche Personal schon am Rezeption, Kellner,dreckige Zimmer Bettwäsche, sehr schmutzig. Unglaubliches Gestanks und das war schlechteste Urlaub in Ägypten. Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen.
In Hurgada gibt’s viel, viel bessere und schönere Hotels. Für dieses Hotel gebe ich nur ein Stern.
Ich Reise über 32 Jahre nach Hurghada und solche Katastrophe hab ich noch nie erlebt."

"La villa est très bien située, l’aéroport à 3 minutes en voiture, la plage à 700 m, grande promenade, bowling…tout est a proximité
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sayed qui s’est rendu très serviable et disponible, toujours à l’écoute et très gentil.
La villa possède une jolie piscine sans aucun vis à vis dans un magnifique jardin.

"I can’t say enough about our wonderful stay here. Our room was lovely with an ocean view and the most comfortable bed! We’ve been traveling for 3 weeks and this bed was amazing!! Shower also had great pressure and hot water. The ac is COLD! The staff was fantastic.
