"The property was ok. However when we got there my companion I was with (who is disabled) had to go to bathroom after we had just drive 1.5 hours. The girl at the desk stated we had to wait to get into our room to use bathroom. There was absolutely no bathrooms in or near main lobby. Our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. When my companion got to room up the stairs the toilet did not flush and was dirty. We did get our room changed but again girl at desk not helpful. On our way home a housekeeper girl helped us with luggage down the stairs. She was awesome. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Oh and there was salad dressing left in fridge from a previous person."

"It should be stated that when booking it is a two floor property with no elevator. This would be very useful for seniors, special needs, or people that need to bring up luggage Rooms were very clean and fresh. Breakfast was out of milk. no cereal for those who prefer that meal. Parking was OK. Staff very pleasant and helpful."

"The hotel was empty yet moved us into a noisy area on main floor vs a quiet floor. Room was not ready, even at 5pm. We should have asked them to move us, but we were in bed, noise stopped after 11 but started again early morning."

"Room was suitably clean, staff answered the needs, breakfast was good, didn't run the a/c. But we needed to ask for an extra towel for washing hair & the sliding door from our room to the adjacent parking was very hard to open. Wouldn't roll freely at all."

"It’s very dated, which makes it look a bit dirty…it could really use a facelift for sure. Staff was lovely and having a bunk bed in the room for the kids was really nice. Access to a quick breakfast was great too. Staff was helpful and kind."
