"Positives - clean room and very convenient location. Negatives - no luggage drop off, no fan or AC, TV didn’t work and no elevator. The place is clean and convenient, but if you’re flying from the US, flights generally arrive early and you will have to store your luggage. There is an automated luggage storage facility nearby, but the cost was about $25 for two medium bags and two carry ons. You will need to rent a couple of lockers. "The Swan House is in a good area for accessing everything in Reykjavik. The apartment and neighborhood were quiet and the host was so helpful with prompt responses to emails. Lots of pubs and good places to eat within a few blocks. Convenience stores were also fairly close."

"The apartment was huge, with a large lounge a good sized bedroom and a large shared balcony. The finish is a little tired looking, but the room was clean and the view from the balcony was spectacular. We will stay here again when we return."
