"The accommodation was spacious, but had lots of room for improvement. It met the minimum standard of cleanliness (the bedding and mattresses were clean) but overall it is a worn-out farmhouse and there were bugs, cobwebs, etc.
The windows could use curtains for privacy especially in the bathroom.
Meeting the farm animals was fun. There are many dogs and cats as well as typical farm animal like sheep.
It is probably not a good fit for people who like neat and tidy accommodations, but...

"Our family had a wonderful time at this cottage. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and pleasant, offering stunning views—we could enjoy lovely sunrises and sunsets, and even watch horses strolling leisurely right outside the window. We highly recommend this place. It is also very conveniently located for trips to the Highlands, Vík, and other areas. All in all, everything here was absolutely amazing!"

"The scenery was epic and the space was beautiful! So cozy with lots of personal touches. Wish we could have spent more nights there! The breakfast basket was incredible. We would love to stay here again!"
