"My kids and I loved this hotel! Happy with our stay and will be visiting again next time we head to Orlando. The hotel has a Starbucks, gift shop, rooftop bar with great views. My only complaint is that upon arrival, my kids and I headed to the rooftop bar to eat, and the glass with the Moscato I ordered looked like it had spit in it or something in it. I told the waitress and she got another from the bar tender. That was a little bit concerning. But the check-in went smooth and they got us in...

"I reserved and paid for this room from Friday to Sunday. I notified the hotel that I was going to be arriving at the property at 7 am on Saturday since I had an overnight flight and needed the room to sleep and rest on Saturday morning. I called Friday before boarding to confirm… the staff was the most unprofessional, rude person who responded that since I was a no show my room may not be available at 7 am. And that I had to pay per hour for early check in. How is that possible if check out...

"This resort was beautiful. Really great for families wanting more space and a nice pool and activities area. We loved playing pickleball and the water slides. The decor throughout the property was so well thought out and modern but colorful. The unit and kitchen was perfectly appointed. I was so impressed with this property including the staff. The internet and TV were not working properly while we were there but assume this will get resolved. "

"Stayed 5 nights here. Friendly staff and easy checkin. Free shuttle to Universal Studio. We missed shuttle but Uber only costed $7 for us. Our family loves the bright and spacious room facing the pool. Full kitchen has everything we need to cook simple meals. No tub but the shower has good water pressure and is easy to get in and out. Breakfast is good. Overall, solid choice if you are looking for a room with kitchen near Universal. "
