"The unit we had was absolutely filthy! Giant tubs in resorts are always gross but the one in the master bedroom made the entire unit smell like mold. The water park wasn’t included in the price so beware!! The water slides that my kids could ride were not working and they weren’t allowed on the ones in the bucket area because they were too big. They had only 5 tubes available for the lazy river. "

"With the amount of places to eat in walking distance, avoid the on site restaurant. Sub par food with extremely high prices. Besides that the room was nice and the pool area looked nice. Great location to walk to what seems like an endless amount of places to eat"

"Loved the hotel for our 1 night stay. We had a handicap accessible room which was amazing. The lobby is great. Only complaint was the bed and pillow. The bed was too soft. Like you sank in and it actually hurt our backs. It was hard to get out of into my wheelchair. And the pillows had no life they were thin and limp. But replace the mattress and pillows and we would stay again no questions asked. "
