"In the main this is a great hotel with many positives. Location is fab , with a bus stop near and a few restaurants / bars in either direction. However there desperately needs to be a crossing on the main road up from the harbour , this is dangerous !!!! Also a supermarket / grocery store closer would be helpful. The hotel itself is full of old charm , the room was spacious and incredibly clean... yes dated as we were in a non refurbished one . However it added to the quaintness. Housekeeping...

"Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Allerdings nicht gerade die Schnellsten. Eile mit Weile. War ja Urlaub. Was dafür gar nicht ging war das Essen. Unfassbar wie man so ein Essen aus der Küche schicken kann. Es war in Form von einem Buffett. Sehr viel Dosenobst. Fleisch mit Knorpel. Sehr seltsame Salate. Bei Allergien oder glutenfrei ist gar nichts zu Essen da. Was auch sehr schade war, obwohl das Hotel direkt am Strand liegt kann man dort gar nicht baden. Also...

"Booked a triple sea view for 3 adults they gave us a room that is partially blocked by ( I have photos, if there is a way to attach them I will) other side of the hotel. The AC barely worked, and note that it was 100 degree F outside. They gave only one 350 ml water for 3 people once during our stay. Cleaning service was terrible...despite telling them and turning the clean room button on- it was not cleaned. And the worst part is the hotel (4 star resort? How?) has roaches crawling all over in...

"Wonderful eight night stay for two adults and two seniors in their two bedroom luxury apartment! I was concerned it might be noisy, but it was completely quiet. The kitchen facilities were excellent, we prepared our own breakfast in the room each morning. The gym has good selection of equipment. Staff are friendly and helpful. We visited the beach club several times and the La Plage restaurant. Really enjoyed swimming in the sea on days when the sea was calm. Highly recommend this option...

"Excellent central location, close to bars, restaurants and shops. Very good rooftop pool with great views over the harbour. Room a bit small but very clean with excellent shower. Breakfast good and helpful staff."

"Arrived to this wonderful hotel for a 5 night stay and was immediately impressed by the staff on reception I chose hotel as saw it on Facebook ( not because it was in Malta could have been anywhere !) "Staff primarily made a business trip feel like pleasure. At all levels throughout the property all staff were always helpful, attentive and genuinely friendly. 'Simone, Pardeep, Sandeep, Varica, Naveen, Poojay, Lavish, Darko and Arif' a few to particularly mention but my apologies to the many more. Rooms extremely well soundproofed, food fabulous and a great clean pool and area within the hotel..... Very well located for all that St Pauls and Buggiba offers. I look forward to returning...."
