"A few things to point out that irked my hospitality side. Don't bother leaving the do not disturb sign off your door because housekeeping won't check in during your 3 night stay.
The breakfast was meh, eggs were weird and the home fries were both simultaneously burnt on the outside and raw on the inside, 2 out of 3 mornings. And, the hashbrown patties were so crispy-overcooked that they were inedible, even slathered in ketchup. Lower the cooking temp and cook them a little longer and they will turn out better.
The sign in the bathroom stated the hair dryer was in the closet, no hair dryer. Luckily, I had brought my own.
The ironing board cover was ripped and was literally just set over the board snd fell off during use.
The TV was malfunctioning and while I didn't call front desk, I had left a note for housekeeping but they never came in during my stay. I had been gone from the hotel room from 8am until 9pm or later both Sat and Sun.
Also, the refrigerator was set too cold and it froze my salad and oranges, so, it wasted my food.
I notified front desk upon checkout of the issues with the room so I wouldn't be charged for missing or damaged equipment as well as having left the various notes for housekeeping.
Overall, it was a good stay, minimal issues and I would stay there again if the rate was good."
