"The room was so beautiful. I love the way they laid out the pajamas on the bed ready for you to wear. The staff were incredibly helpful. I love the breakfast buffet downstairs. We also loved the Luz leaf tea at the bar. We love doing that every night. There was a laundry room on the floor where we were staying on the 21st floor. The staff were very polite."

"Stuff was really helpful for storing my luggage’s before my check in time, and help receive delivery including sending them to the room before we checked in. The only downside was, there is no do not disturb tag, unless requested."

"The room was spacious and we loved that the toilet was separate from the shower and bathroom sink. We received discount cards from booking on Expedia (that was a pleasant surprise). Breakfast was very good with a nice variety. Highly recommend this hotel. Best one we stayed at during our trip. Wish we spent more than 2 nights there."

"stylisches Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und modern eingerichtet, zwar klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Zentral neben Metrostationen. Morgens gab es Kaffee in einem Raum und von 18 bis 19, Bier oder Softdrinks umsonst, als happy hour. Gefrühstückt haben wir in kleinen Cafés außerhalb, nicht im Hotel. Preis Leistung des Hotel ist völlig ok. Wir würden es wieder buchen."

"We booked a triple room so were surprised to get to our room and discover only 2 single beds for three adults. The staff were very apologetic and provided complimentary drinks at the bar while the third bed was set up. Other than that the room was lovely and quiet, with a view over the outside garden area. Location was super handy for the walk past many temples to Sannen-Zak’s path and Kiyomizu-Deru. Not too far from Pontocho Alley & Nishiki Market. Woul happily stay her again."
