"Truly Nogha hotel is the place to stay in Kyoto. The whole facility is beautiful and so nice. Their dinner and breakfast is delicious and the staff are always so amazing and helpful. They truly made the experience! I can not recommend this hotel enough! 100/10 it will be the place I will stay at time and time again!"

I was told that since I book thru Expedia I need to pay for my spouse as it’s only One guest covered for the meals when in fact when I initially book for this hotel In New York thru Expedia I already paid for both. I did not make any argument about it and just paid the meals for my husband . Hope Expedia will clear this confusion to alert customers in the future ."

Hotel room was an absolutely beautiful, unbelievably clean bed was comfortable, and very quiet. The lounge access was a very nice bonus. If I come back to Osaka without a doubt, this is the hotel. Lovely first floor bar with balcony and a cool vibe overall. Staff were extremely helpful and directed us to a local restaurant across the street for an amazing bowl of ramen.
