"The room was very clean. It was an old cabin so expected to have some minor cracks and screws loose, but it gave it a mountain charm that’s hard to find. Shower, bathroom, bed were all clean and it was perfect for a good night sleep.Although, nothing the hotel could do but the wind was really strong and wild the night we stayed so suggest getting earplugs and an eye mask cause the wind was loud and the sensor light outside the door kept getting triggered by the wind. "We had only one pillow for bedtime and my mom had to ask to get clean room or towels and no place for clothes like drawers. The pool was very cold and the door to it was stuck from inside and the other door was chained up. Plus cigarette smokers everywhere even near non-smoking rooms "

"Desert Riviera Hotel is my new favorite place in Palm Springs. The rooms are clean, well decorated and unique. The best part is the staff who are very accodating, making us feel like we are at home and the property is perfect for a relaxing stay. "

"I had an excellent stay at the Twin Palms. I stayed during the week and checked out on a Friday. The vibe was a bit more calm during the week, and I noticed the place getting a bit more crowded on my last day. It was perfect for me, as everyone was friendly and the pool and common areas never felt overwhelmingly crowded. Staff was AWESOME and friendly. I made a bunch of friends I still stay in touch with today, and I look forward to coming back!"

"A very cute adults only boutique hotel within walking distance to the main Palm Springs shopping district. There are only 8 rooms surrounding a pool in the center. There is minimal staff onsite, however they respond quickly to text message inquiries. Rooms are large, with a kitchenette (refrigerator and microwave only). Bathroom in room 8 was on the small side, with small stand in shower. Its very quiet here, we really enjoyed our stay."

"Room was clean and spacious. The daily service of the room was excellent. Kitchenette was nicely appointed and the bathroom had two sinks! Water pressure in the shower was strong. And the area around the small pool was relaxing and although old was nicely kept up"
