"Susan and Amy were very helpful in making sure I had a great experience. They both recommend great place to hike and eat. Thank you"

"We’ve stayed at Bluebird many times and always love coming back. The location is beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the hotel is generally clean and welcoming. Our only concern during this stay was finding pet hair throughout the bedding. We appreciate that the hotel is pet-friendly, but we still expect the bed to be thoroughly cleaned and free of hair from previous guests’ pets. Traveling with our young baby made this especially concerning and uncomfortable. We love this hotel and hope...

"Stayed here for 2 nights. The exterior of the property was recently updated. My wife and I spent hours in the 2 pools and spa and covered outdoor lounge chairs. Room was spacious and water, coffee, and granola bars were complimentary. Bed was extremely comfortable. Stayed in a 400 dollar a night hotel the 2 nights before this stay and would much rather stay here again. Good bang for your buck and a 10 dollar Uber ride to downtown."

"An apartment condo (a bit dated) with nice large balcony. View of mountains, but mostly Walgreens, mall and parking lot."

"It is a very rustic cabin and was fun to stay in. It was within walking distance to Idyllwild. The bedroom is in the loft, which was nice and toasty at night. We loved it and hope to stay there again."

"Nice place.Beautiful location. Bed was comfortable."

"Linda was great, checked on us prior to check in, making sure we were accommodated if being late for check in, felt very personalized. The retro decor made us feel like we were on the set of "Mad Men", its meticulously maintained, its movie star quality."

"This property is in flux between management companies. Twice maintance had to come. Lots of noise from adjacent rooms getting renovated, and trucks! Dark, dingy, in need of updating. Could go on, but to much to list. Not enough other places to upgrade."

"Great place"

"I booked this hotel for my birthday and stayed about 5 days. The room was great! It was spacious, and I loved having a kitchenette and a fridge. I was really happy that I had a patio to go out and relax and read. My friends stayed at other hotels but we got ready together in my room and it was amazing because there was room for all of us. I was surprised by the goodies in the amenity room. The room has everything you would need like more cups, sugar, water, ice, wine glasses, and even yogurt. I...
