"Bring your own pillow unless you like hard ones! We loved the outdoor areas, and especially the patio assigned to our room. It was nestled among the trees and we listened to the squirrels, blue jays, and woodpeckers while we had our evening wine and morning coffee. The room had nice decor but there was no comfortable place to sit, no luggage rack, and there was a very narrow walkway to the bathroom. We would come back but would be better prepared."

"I had a frustrating experience with this stay. As a first-time visitor to the area, I expected at least a general location or address ahead of time so I could plan my trip and know where I was heading. Unfortunately, the hosts refused to provide any address until right before check-in at 3PM. While I understand safety and privacy concerns, not giving guests any sense of location in advance makes it very difficult to plan, especially when traveling to an unfamiliar city.
