"This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally."

"The rooms were very clean. The breakfast waiting staff would benefit from more training. We only liked Alejandra one of the breakfast waiters. We had 3 rooms and 2 of them had windows facing the internal corridor and the other, some small shaft<-this might be problem for people who like to open their windows for fresh air or wake up by the sun. The body soap was so diluted, 2 of us used up the whole 0.5 L bottle in less than a week. The front desk people as nice."

"We had a mixed experience, but overall we left satisfied with our stay. When we first arrived, the room needed some additional cleaning. However, by the second day the housekeeping improved noticeably, and for the rest of our four‑night stay the room was cleaned well every day. The hotel’s restaurant was a bit inconsistent. The buffet‑style meals were genuinely good, but anything ordered outside the buffet was disappointing and didn’t meet the same standard. The staff was always courteous, friendly, and helpful, which made a big difference throughout our stay. One thing to be aware of: depending on the time of year or if there are protests in the area, some nearby streets may be blocked or closed. In those situations, you should be ready to walk from a main boulevard to reach the hotel. In the end, despite a few issues, we were happy with the room and appreciated the service."

"There is no amount of praise high enough for me to give the hotel staff; truly, one of my best hotel experiences. The staff was so lovely and helpful; the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and the location could not be better. The room was always clean and well-maintained. The water pressure was fantastic, the amenities were spectacular, and the upstairs terrace restaurant and view were beyond words. Highly recommend booking your next stay here."

"This Hotel is the best if you want to be in the middle of the acction once you are in CDMX the lications is literally steps from the Zocalo! All the personall working there treat you like you were familyy rooms are beautiful and rally comfortable. This was my third time there and they always exceed my expectations!!"
