"The hotel is very clean and our room has an armoire which is so necessary to organize our belongings. The hot water with tea or coffee is always available. Moreover, we are so grateful to the staff members for their kindness. I contacted them the night before to ask if we could wait in the lobby since we would be arriving at 6 am in the morning. They were there to check us in the next day and had a room all ready for us as a courtesy. It was such a pleasant surprise since we were able to take a shower and rest after back to back overnight bus rides. Also, the prepared breakfasts to go in a brown bag with a nice message when we checked out early in the morning. Exceptional service!"
